- Replacement: If you experience technical issues with your server that are deemed defective within the warranty period (detailed below), we offer the option for a replacement server.
- Store Credit: In certain cases, store credit may be issued at the discretion of the owner, should the situation warrant it.
2. Warranty and Support
- 21-Day Warranty: All of our 30-day server subscriptions come with a 21-day warranty. This warranty covers technical issues and defects related to the functionality of the server that are not caused by customer misuse or external factors.
- If your server experiences issues within 21 days of activation, you are eligible to request a replacement.
- Any issues reported after the 21-day period will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may offer troubleshooting assistance or other resolutions at the discretion of DylandosDigitals.
3. Defective Products
If you believe your server is defective or not functioning as expected:
- Contact us within the first 21 days of your subscription period.
- Our support team will work with you to diagnose and resolve the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will offer a replacement server of similar specifications at no additional cost.
4. Extreme Circumstances
In rare and extreme circumstances, we may consider other solutions outside of replacements and store credit. These cases will be reviewed individually, and the final decision will be made by the owner of DylandosDigitals.
5. How to Request a Replacement or Store Credit
- To request a replacement server or store credit, please reach out to our support team with a detailed description of the issue, including your account information and the affected server.
- Your request will be reviewed, and if deemed valid, we will process your replacement or credit accordingly.
6. Limitation of Liability
DylandosDigitals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our servers. We recommend regular backups and taking necessary precautions to prevent data loss.
